The 12-week online training is on a one-to-one basis.

The first time I experienced how quickly a person can end their long term suffering, I was completely hooked.
I needed to find out more. I quickly learnt that transformation is easier than we have been led to believe.
Training and experience of NLP, hypnosis and advice and guidance proved over and over again, that there are so many fascinating things about human development that we did not have access to growing up.
I continued to study and research with an unwavering passion.
Fifteen years of ferocious curiosity finally led me into the secret world of feminine wisdom.
In this time of research and exploration, I added to my qualifications, coaching, training and advice services.
I have enjoyed working for and with women for many years.
The feminine does not have a pass or fail, a right and wrong. The feminine is the right hemisphere of the brain which delves into the abundant world of creation. The unseen world, as well as the seen. It is not a destination, it is an experience.
With confidence you can venture out your comfort zone and become the woman you need to be, to live the life you love.
You have all that you need... and more than you can ever imagine.
You need to understand, as a woman, there is an optimal state that you can reach, and in this state you can thrive.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all persons that are participating any training organised and hosted by Tamsen English. Please ensure you have read and understand the following before purchasing any services.
1 Acceptance of terms and conditions
By completing the registration form for S.E.L.F, Self-Confidence Training, emailed to you within the Welcome Pack, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”).
2 Payment
2.a The fee for attending the Workshop will be as stated on the website: www.tamsenenglish.com and you are given the opportunity to reserve your place through payment link on the website. If you have not done the above, the other method of payment is through the registration form for the relevant training. The methods available are either by credit/debit card.
2.b All payments for the service must be paid in full prior to the date of the training. Payment will be made via the link supplied by STRIPE.
2.c The price payable includes all training study materials, e-certificates and full support where applicable.
Under no circumstances shall I be deemed to have received payment until payment has actually been received by me in full.
2.d I, Tamsen English, reserve the right from time to time to change the amount of the cost of the training. The current price for any given course will be displayed on the website.
3 Delivery of Training Material
3.a The material for the training will be released to you as the training progresses. It will be available during the Zoom calls and within the Private Facebook Group you will be invited to once the Training begins. Please inform Tamsen English if you do not have a Facebook account and unable to join the Private Facebook Group.
3.b You will be deemed to have accepted the Materials during the Training and to have taken the responsibility to download and save the materials. Tamsen will not be held responsible for repeating the delivery of the materials.
4 Warranties and Limitation of Liability
4.a I, Tamsen English warrant that the Materials will be of satisfactory quality but do not warrant that the Materials will be error free.
4.b Tamsen warrant that she will perform any services provided hereunder with reasonable skill and care
4.c Other than in respect of liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, I shall not be liable for: (a) losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when this Agreement was made; (b) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part; or (c) business losses and/or losses to non-consumers
4.d My liability for direct losses arising out of our negligence (other than in respect of liability for death or personal injury), breach of contract or any other cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the total price paid for the Online Training Course as quoted
4.e Other than in respect of liability for death or personal injury arising from my negligence, I shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or your liabilities to third parties) which you may suffer arising out of or in connection with this Agreement
5 Cancellations and Refunds
5.a If you are unable to attend the Training for any reason after full payment has been made. Email Tamsen English as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the Training is due to commence. If you fail to email Tamsen 24 hours prior to workshop commencing you will incur an administration fee of £50. Email: tamsenenglish4@gmail.com. If this is the case, you will be provided the remaining of your fee minus the £50 administration fee within 30 days of the cancellation date.
5.b If you cancel before 24 hours of the commencing Training date and time, you will receive your full refund within 30 days of the cancellation date.
6 Liability and Disclaimer
6.a Our sole liability in relation to any cancellation, postponement shall be limited to the price paid by you for such Training and I, Tamsen English, shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses.
6.b In providing this Training, no person is acting as your health care provider and giving you any medical advice. I am providing you with training, template documents and guidance relating to self-confidence. No medical advice is on offer.
7 Your obligations
If you act in any way which in my opinion is likely to cause any harm or nuisance to any person on the Training, you will be required to leave the Training and we shall not be liable to refund your payment.
8 Promotional materials
8.a You agree that I, Tamsen English may include your details in any promotional materials relating to the Training. I am not liable for errors or omissions contained in such information.
8.b Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for any such promotional materials and any materials used during the Training (including course notes, slides, brochures, articles and case studies) belongs to Tamsen English and may not be reproduced in any medium without our prior written consent.
8.c You may use such materials for your own purposes and may not reproduce materials in any way for any commercial use.
8.d We reserve the right to change the materials as we think fit.
9. Recording
I, Tamsen English may wish to record the Training and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future services. You consent to Miss English recording you.
10 Data protection
I, Tamsen English will communicate with you using the contact details provided on the Registration Form for the purposes of the Training. Your details will be stored safely under the Data Protection Act.
11. Linked access to zoom
I will have your name on the attendee list, and if you have paid in full before the start of the Training, you shall be provided with access to the Training via email with a link to a live Zoom call. No later than 3 days before the start date.
12. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by English Law and your hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
